Update on James

After some more complications with bleeding and so on, James stabilised to some degree and was put on a machine.. but he has to have a heart transplant. He is being further stabilised (he is getting better by the day despite being in a very critical condition) and then transported by special helicopter to a hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas.

There is hope, and these guys in Little Rock are supposed to be the best in the country. The transportation and then the transplant aren't without risk though. Friends are organising blood drives and donations.
